Sidenor has been manufacturing rims for springs for over 20 years and is a reference provider among European leading spring manufacturers.
The fatigue behaviour of Sidenor rims is a reference in the European market.
Our high-performance steels ensure maximum reliability of components subject to dynamic strains thanks to their high fatigue strength. The best mechanical properties are obtained by means of a precise control of manufacturing process parameters. These highly durable steels allow to reduce the weight of the component and generate new, lighter designs in line with customer requirements, in addition to ensuring the reliability of the components, including under the most demanding conditions.
Sidenor is thinking about the next generation of truck suspensions. Over the last 15 years, we have made a major effort to optimise our manufacturig processes and develop new products, and we continue to do so. Since 2006, Sidenor has been the sole European steel manufacturer with an accreditation for the manufacture of 7.5 t.-single-leaf rims for EURO-6 trucks .
